The University of Oklahoma has initiated a comprehensive project for the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for each of its university departments and organizations.

The University of Oklahoma selected BOLDplanning and their web-based BCP planning tool to to guide university planners through the process of developing a Business Continuity plan for their department. The BOLDplanning.com system walks planners through each step of the planning process and helps develop a BCP that outlines a clear, concise understanding of roles and responsibilities needed to ensure their department’s ability to transition during times of change in normal operation.

For this project, the BOLDplanning system was modified to meet the specific needs of the University of Oklahoma . It is accessed via the internet at www.OUcontinuity.com for this university-wide planning initiative.
